Pleasant morning Mr Terrence, Unfortunately we are unable to continue with business as planned as I just got noticed that my rental apartment has significantly increased. Therfore I will have to use this funds as a down-payment towards a new apartment.. am so.saddened by this news… I hope I will be able to go forward in the new year…
